These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may use the Crawl Daddy Experts website and the inspection and repair services we provide. By using this site or scheduling work with us, you agree to these Terms. This is a plain-language summary of how we do business — the specific scope, warranty, and payment terms for any project are set out in the written estimate and service agreement you receive before work begins. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.

1. Who we are

2. Inspections and estimates

We provide a free, no-obligation inspection and a written estimate describing the work we recommend. An estimate is a proposal, not a contract — work begins only after you approve the scope in writing. Conditions found behind walls, under insulation, or below grade are not always visible at inspection; if we discover something that changes the scope, we will explain it and provide a revised estimate before doing the additional work.

3. Scheduling and property access

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work areas of your property on scheduled dates. Weather, site conditions, and access issues can affect timing; we will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule.

4. Workmanship and warranty

Our installations are backed by a workmanship warranty. The specific coverage, length, and any manufacturer warranties on materials are described in your written service agreement. Warranty coverage assumes the work has not been altered or damaged, and that the issue is not caused by conditions outside the agreed scope.

5. Payment

Payment terms — including any deposit, schedule, and accepted methods — are set out in your written estimate and service agreement. We do not list prices on this website; every home is different, so pricing follows the inspection.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as you can. Any deposit or cancellation terms for approved work are described in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

We perform our work with care and in line with industry practice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crawl Daddy Experts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our responsibility for any claim is limited to the work and amounts covered by your service agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Georgia law that cannot be waived.

8. Use of this website

The content, images, and branding on this site belong to Crawl Daddy Experts and are provided for your information. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission. We work to keep the information here accurate but make no guarantee that every detail is complete or current.

9. Changes to these Terms
